best keto bread ever Gluten-free

The ingredients are very few and you may already have them, so follow the recipe:

To make the recipe a success, you must respect the cooking time and temperature, so follow the steps described below step by step. Likewise, the ingredients must also be carefully measured and prepared before starting the recipe.

So, for the recipe, you will need:

  • almond flour
  • psyllium husk powder
  • cup of water
  • cider vinegar
  • egg whites
  • baking powder
  • sea salt
  • sesame seeds (optional)
  • poppy seeds (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups almond flour
  • 5 tablespoons ground psyllium husk powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 175C (350F).
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, sea salt, and baking powder. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Stir in cider vinegar and egg whites, and combine well. then finally the boiling water. beating with a hand drummer for about thirty seconds. (Do not mix the dough too much, the consistency should look like Play-Doh).
  4. Wet your hands with a little olive oil and shape the dough into six separate rolls. 
  5. Place on a greased baking sheet. Place sesame seeds on top (optional)
  6. Bake on the lower rack of the oven for 50 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of your buns. (They are finished when you hear a hollow sound when you press the bottom of the bun.)
  7. Enjoy ?

what can I replace the almond because I am allergic?

you can replace it with coconut flour, pumpkin or sunflower or flaxseed.

Can I use coconut flour?

of course, just keep in mind to use 1/3 of the amount
