Almond Flour Keto Donuts

these simple donuts are made of :

  • melted butter
  • almond milk
  • eggs
  • vanilla
  • almond flour
  • erythritol
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • salt

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk and more depending on the consistency
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

 

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the convection oven to 350.
  2. Butter a donut pan with butter or oil according to your taste
  3. In a first bowl, mix the melted butter, almond milk, eggs and vanilla.
  4. In a second bowl, combine the flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Add almond milk if it is too thick.
  6. Put the dough in the buttered donut molds and put in the oven for about 25 minutes or until they are golden brown on the bottom then you can put on Broil to get a color on top.
  7. You can replace vanilla with the flavor of your taste. You can omit the vanilla and add cooked bacon, grated cheese and dry chives to your wet mixture to make small salted donuts.

Glaze :

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice (Swerve for me)

Melt the mixture and dip the donut in the hot mixture, place and let sear on parchment paper!

For the ganache:

  • 100 g keto chocolate
  • 150 ml 35% cream (heavy whipping cream)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Heat the cream and the butter. Add the chocolate, let stand 5 min and mix. Spread generously on your donuts !!!!! 0.5 g of carbohydrate per serving and 5 g of fat for this succulent frosting ??? Divide into 10 portions !!!!
