INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°
- line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella, cream cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and a large pinch of salt.
- Microwave on high until cheeses are melted, about 1 minute. Stir in egg.
- Shape the dough into an oval ½” thick on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, Parmesan, and parsley. Brush mixture over top of the bread.
- Bake until golden, 14 to 18 minutes.
- Slice and serve with a marinara sauce for dipping.
