keto spaghetti sauce


  • 2 c. tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 c. tablespoon butter
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 lbs of beef or pork of your choice or both
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chili sparingly depending on how you like the spiciness
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 750 ml whole tomatoes low in carbohydrates
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • About 6 cups of water depending on the desired thickness)
  • 1/2 cup 35% cream
  • Parsley according to taste


  • Simmer 2 hours, pour the cream 30 minutes before the end of cooking
  • Be creative, add what you want, I add olives, I love
  • Serve with Konjac noodles (once rinsed, I stir-fry them in butter and it removes the rubber effect) or on zucchini noodles and why not the lasagna of palmini or cabbage


What can we replace spinach with? It’s still 1 bag ….. can’t we just ignore it?
well yes you can not put it .. it gives a Mediterranean taste that I love

What are the quantities of spices please?
it’s really to taste .. I’m going to the eye, I would tell you about 1 tsp .. except for chili .. sparingly.
