you’ll need to make these keto yeast bread :

  • slightly warm water
  • Eggs 
  • Oat Fiber
  • Flaxseed Meal
  • Vital Wheat Gluten
  • Salt 
  • powdered Sweetener
  • Honey 
  • Xanthan Gum
  • Butter 
  • Active Dry Yeast

Note

Oat fibre counts as fiber. Its not oat flour. Wheat gluten has very little carbs its not wheat flour. And the honey is 1 tsp per loaf and its just to activate the yeast. Which means the yeast eats it to become alive. This will not throw you out of ketosis.

  • 1 cup slightly warm water (240ml)
  • 1/2 cup of Oat Fiber (41g)
  • 2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1.25 cups of Vital Wheat Gluten (190g) 
  • 2/3 cup of Flaxseed Meal (70g)
  • 0 – 4 Tablespoons powdered Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon salt (6g) – spread around the outer edge of the container
  • 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (2.5g) – spread out evenly 
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (7g) – spread around the outer edge of the container
  • 1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast (8g)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (30g)

Instruction

Put in the bottom of the mold:

1 cup slightly warm water

2 lightly beaten eggs

Add on:

1/2 cup of Oat Fiber

2/3 cup of Flaxseed Meal

1.25 cups of Vital Wheat Gluten

1 teaspoon salt

Put around the mold:

2 Tablespoons powdered Sweetener

1 Honey teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum

2 c. tablespoons butter cut into pieces

Make a hole in the center, without going to the liquid, and add 1 tablespoon of yeast
