  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup calorie-free sweetener powder (like Swerve®)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powde

instructions

  1. In a large bowl, place the cream cheese and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Turn the blender on low speed and slowly add the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the sweetener, cocoa powder and salt, mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Turn the blender on high and mix until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
