INGREDIENTS (16 servings)
- 70 g almond flour (or 35 g coconut flour)
- 80 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 150 g unsalted butter / butter
- 140 g erythritol (or xylitol, alulose, monk fruit)
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 100 g chopped almonds
To calculate, you can use this measurement: 1 tablespoon = 10 gr, or 1 cup = 110 gr.
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cover a 21 cm x 21 cm baking dish with Parchment paper.
Add the butter, erythritol and cocoa powder to a bowl. Place for 30 seconds in the microwave and mix.
Add the eggs to the mixture, mixing well until they are incorporated. The texture should be smooth, with all of the sweetener dissolved.
Add the almond flour and beat until the mixture is complete.
Add the almonds.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is hard (it should be moist inside).
Let sit until it cools completely. Unmold the brownies and cut them into small pieces (about 16). If you want well defined edges, let cool in the freezer for a few minutes before cutting.
? TIP: Almonds can be replaced with strawberries or bitter chocolate in pieces. Do not use stevia! In baked goods next to cocoa, it can have a very bad taste.
