Homemade Nutella Keto


  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g of oil (can be olive or coconut).
  • 100 ml of milk (you can use soy milk, hazelnut, etc … to turn it into vegan nutella)
  • 30 g of pure cocoa powder
  • 15 g of stevia (45 g of sugar)
  • A few drops of vanilla aroma (optional).

How to make homemade nutella:

1. In a thermomix or blender, we will put the hazelnuts and we will crush them.
2. Subsequently, pour the oil. The oil needs to be liquid, so if you end up pouring coconut oil, remember that you must first heat it.
3. Next, we will add the other ingredients: pure cocoa powder, stevia, soy milk, hazelnuts, almonds … (the one you have chosen). And optionally the aroma of vanilla.
4. With the help of the thermomix, we mix all the ingredients so that a homogeneous mixture is left.
5. Once everything is mixed, store it in a suitable jar or container. Finally, we store our homemade nutella in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. It must be kept cold so that it acquires the ideal consistency or texture. But you can eat it before too.
